PROJECT IN COLLABORATION WITH STYLIST ZAN MORLEY

With this still life series our aim was to explore the correlation between memory and design. We deconstructed noteworthy meals from four design-led restaurants that we had visited.

Each meal, and by extension each image, reflects not only the taste experience but also the broader environment. The different styles and ambiances of the restaurants offered a rich spectrum of visual cues, textures and colours, which shaped the way we remembered and perceived the taste.
